Remote Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist - Concerted Care Group

What You'll Do
As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.
In order to be eligible for this position, the candidate must be licensed as a LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, or LMSW in the State of Maryland
Clinical Responsibilities Include:
  • Remote
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm-9pm (about 30 hours per week)
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
  • Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a remote capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
  • EMDR experience is preferred
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation Range:
