*Garage Door Technician (Foreman & Helpers) - Up to $35/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits *

Overhead Door West - Waterford, MI


Pay: $18-$35 Per Hour (Based on Experience)

Overhead Door West is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team! We are actively hiring both Experienced Foreman and Helpers to install and service commercial garage doors.


Whether you're an experienced garage door technician or someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Install, Repair, and service commercial garage doors and openers
  • Work safely with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy materials
  • Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service


What We're Looking For

  • Experience is preferred but not required - we're willing to train the right person
  • Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
  • Able to safely lift heavy garage door sections, springs, and materials
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Practices good safety habits and uses common sense
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred
