Now Hiring – Outdoor Marketing & Neighborhood Distribution Team Members

HireQuest Direct is seeking reliable, energetic individuals to join our Door Hanger Distribution Team for an upcoming marketing campaign in the Tacoma and Ruston areas beginning in August.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently outdoors, staying active, and earning money while helping local businesses connect with their communities.

Position Overview

As a Door Hanger Distribution Representative, you will be assigned mapped residential routes and responsible for delivering marketing materials to designated homes within the Tacoma/Ruston area. Team members will use route maps and mobile reporting tools to verify completion and track progress.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver door hangers to assigned residential neighborhoods
  • Follow mapped routes and distribution instructions
  • Use a smartphone to document route completion
  • Maintain an efficient pace while ensuring quality delivery
  • Report completed routes and any issues encountered
  • Represent HireQuest Direct and our client professionally

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to assigned route areas
  • Smartphone with data and camera capabilities
  • Ability to walk several miles per shift
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Dependable attendance and communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous delivery, canvassing, marketing, field operations, or warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with Tacoma neighborhoods is a plus
  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently

Physical Requirements

  • Extensive walking throughout neighborhoods
  • Standing and moving for extended periods
  • Ability to carry marketing materials during shifts
  • Ability to work on hills, sidewalks, and varied terrain

Schedule

  • Campaign begins in August
  • Project expected to run approximately 3 weeks
