Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and achieve their optimal level of function and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments to facilitate optimal independence and functioning

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each resident's unique needs and goals

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and communication

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress
