Job description

Overview:

Seeking a ** Per Diem ** OB Hospitalist for our practice at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts
  • 30 bed community Level III NICU
  • Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support
  • Practice attends about 30 deliveries a month
  • Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and ER coverage
  • If you love a scenic view and hiking- Joshua Tree National Park is a jump and skip away
Qualifications:
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Active CA License
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
Benefits and Compensation:

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00/hour
