As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehab your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: Nurse Supervisor
Shift: Per Diem, Night Shift 36 hours per 6 weeks of the scheduling period. Weekend and holiday rotational based on department need, determined by Manager.
Experience:
1. Minimum 4 years clinical RN experience required, Nursing leadership experience preferred
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
