To thrive as a Per Diem Interventional Radiology RN, you need a solid clinical background in nursing, advanced knowledge of radiologic procedures, and an active RN license, often with certifications like BLS and ACLS. Familiarity with imaging equipment, sterile techniques, and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential.
