Construction Laborer

🏠 Housing Provided

💰 $50/Day Per Diem (Paid 7 Days per Week)

🕒 Monday-Saturday | 10-Hour Shifts

📅 Long-Term Project: 3 Years



We're hiring Construction Laborers to help build a new hotel in Telluride, Colorado. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, housing provided, and per diem available.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with site preparation, demolition, and jobsite cleanup
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
  • Help with grading, digging, concrete work, and general construction tasks
  • Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
What We're Looking For
  • Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
  • Commercial construction experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work safely as part of a team
