What You'll Do

  • Deliver safe, high-quality care based on individualized Plans of Care
  • Communicate promptly with the team regarding patient status and changes
  • Provide skilled nursing (e.g., wound care, infusion, catheter care, medication administration)
  • Partner with Nurse Supervisor/Manager of Clinical Practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Show empathy, professionalism, and excellent follow-through with patients and families
What We're Looking For
Current RN license in Florida
Home Health experience, or willingness to learn
OASIS experience, or willingness to learn
Strong clinical skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser/AlayaCare is a plus
