Job Summary
We are seeking a Civil Engineer /project manager to join our team! This Civil Engineer will have the privilege of working on a variety of projects from residential additions to complex industrial sites.  The Civil Engineer will be responsible for taking projects from proposal through construction documents.  You will work with a team of designers and engineers to make our client's dreams a reality and report to our Civil Team Lead.  
Skills
  •  Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Must be familiar with the grading and pipes features with this software.  Experience with corridors is a plus.
  • Proficient with design process and general engineering concepts (ADA cross slopes, maximum grading slopes, interpreting contour map, drainage areas, etc).
  • Experience with storm sewer hydraulics programs - StormCAD, HydroCAD, Autodesk Storm & Sanitary, etc.
  • Experience with the review process in the St. Louis region (MSD, utility companies, municipalities) is a plus.
  • Must be self-directed and mentally engaged with ambition for learning.
  • Must be able to competently communicate in person and in writing.  Must be willing to ask questions.
  • Must be able to work closely with, and creatively contribute to, and take direction from a team of professionals.
  • Must be willing to share knowledge and be willing to participate in all aspects of engineering design and production 
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience working on Civil Engineering plan production
  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (EI)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer is preferred.
