PeaceHealth
Outpatient Clinics | Eugene & Springfield, Oregon Area
Variable 8-12 Hour Shifts
40.11 - 60.17 per hour + 15% differential in lieu of traditional benefits

Flexible Per Diem Work with a Supportive Team

Many PRN opportunities offer scheduling flexibility. This one also gives you the chance to work alongside welcoming teams, serve diverse patient populations, and stay connected to a respected healthcare organization.

As a Per Diem Radiology Technologist with PeaceHealth, you'll provide coverage across outpatient clinic locations throughout Eugene and Springfield. Each clinic has its own pace, providers, and patient mix, allowing you to build a broad range of experience while remaining part of one cohesive organization.

You'll share your availability ahead of time, and schedules are typically provided 2 to 4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Additional shifts may become available to help cover PTO, leaves of absence, callouts, and other staffing needs across the clinics.

This role is ideal for imaging professionals who enjoy variety, work well independently, and appreciate being part of a culture that values teamwork, respect, and patient-centered care.

Our physicians and clinicians, clinic staff, and technologists partner closely to create a positive experience for every patient. Whether someone arrives feeling uncertain, uncomfortable, or anxious, you'll play an important role in helping them feel informed and supported throughout their visit.

At PeaceHealth, our commitment to being a person-centered, mission-driven, and highly trusted organization is reflected in how we care for patients and support one another every day.

  • Receive advance schedules whenever possible to support work-life balance.
  • Access opportunities for additional shifts based on clinic coverage needs.
  • Expand your professional network across multiple care teams in the community.
  • Enjoy autonomy in your work while having support available when needed.
  • Join an organization that prioritizes caregiver wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.
Compensation and Per Diem Benefits

  • In addition to base pay, PRN caregivers receive:
    • 15% differential in lieu of traditional benefits

    • Wellness resources and programs
    • Caregiver discount offerings
    • Expanded Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Mental health and wellbeing support services
