Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute - San Jacinto, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour (based on experience)
San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
  • Document patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
