What does a typical day look like for a Pepsi CDL Driver?

A typical day for a Pepsi CDL Driver involves safely operating a commercial vehicle to deliver beverages to retail and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers load and unload products, verify deliveries with customers, collect payments or signatures when needed, and maintain accurate delivery records. Throughout the route, you'll interact with store staff and warehouse teams, ensure products are merchandised correctly, and may resolve minor customer service issues. The schedule often involves early mornings and physical activity, offering a dynamic work environment with clear performance goals and opportunities for advancement into supervisory or route management positions.

Does Pepsi help you get CDL?

Pepsi offers CDL driver positions but does not provide training or assistance to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Candidates typically need to acquire their CDL independently through a certified training program and pass the required exams before employment. Some companies may offer on-the-job training or support after hiring, but the license itself is usually obtained separately.
