Job Description


Must have 5 years of recent experience in PeopleSoft HCM with disciplines in two modules. Prefer 7-10 years of PeopleSoft experience.

Must have 5 years of recent experience in start-to-finish (Full lifecycle) implementation of highly configurable, customized PeopleSoft 9.X HCM enterprise software solution.

Must have 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations or upgrade project experience. Prefer some public sector project experience but not required.

Must have Technical knowledge in PeopleSoft 9.X HCM Modules. Prefer 9.2 upgrade experience on full lifecycle.

Most recent experience in implementing PeopleSoft software applications, including use and experience of People Tools 8.54 or higher and Oracle 12c database platform.

Qualifications

Expertise in 9.0, 9.1, and/or 9.2

Expertise in HCM processes, tables, menus, components, pages, and business operations.

Expertise in problem solving and resolution

Analyze and troubleshoot PeopleSoft production issues.
