Job Summary:


B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft Senior Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The PeopleSoft Senior Developer supports development, customization, and enhancement of PeopleSoft HCM modules within a classified environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules
  • Implement technical solutions supporting business needs
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding standards
  • Support testing, deployments, and production sustainment

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
    – OR – Four (4) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
  • Five (5) years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM developer in a classified environment

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time & Labor)
  • Experience with development tools including Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover
  • Programming experience with: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML

Desired Skills:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
  • Certified SAFe Agilist

Security Clearance

  • Must hold an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
