About the Role

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead a high-impact PeopleSoft 9.2 Labor Administration implementation. This role is ideal for a hands-on functional leader who can bridge business and technical teams while driving requirements, configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.

This position will play a critical role in transforming HR and workforce processes within a large, complex organization.

Applicants must have recent PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Labor Administration experience to be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Drive the implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft Labor Administration.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Labor Relations, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee testing efforts including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
  • Support integrations, reporting, data validation, and deployment activities.
  • Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
  • Provide post-go-live stabilization and production support.


Requirements
Required Qualifications

Applicants must have recent PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Labor Administration experience to be considered.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis, Project Management, or PeopleSoft HCM experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Labor Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Labor agreements and union structures
    • Bargaining units and seniority rules
    • Compensation and compliance requirements
    • PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll processes
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
  • Prior PeopleSoft Labor Administration implementation experience.
  • Experience supporting unionized or collectively bargained workforces.
  • Functional expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll for North America.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations, reporting, security, and data conversion.
  • PMP, CBAP, PeopleSoft certification, or similar credential.
