Our team's dedication to its craft has earned us NAIOP (CREDA) Arizona General Contractor of the Year six times, while at the same time donating more than $1 million annually to community organizations.
Our strategic vision focuses on supporting prelease transactions, competitively bidding projects of all sizes, and fostering our altruistic service culture by recruiting highly talented individuals of great character who want to make a genuine impact on our communities.

  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, negotiate offers, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.
  • Develop relationships with local trade schools, universities, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, and industry organizations.
People Ops Business Partnership & Leadership Support (30%)
  • Serve as the primary People Operations advisor to the local leader and team.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and provide guidance on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent planning.
  • Coach leaders on employee development, leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
  • Partner with operational leaders to proactively identify workforce risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for every new employee.
  • Support promotions, transfers, career development, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate employee transitions, resignations, retirements, and offboarding.
Culture, Engagement & Organizational Development (20%)
  • Champion Willmeng's culture, values, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support local engagement activities, recognition programs, and community involvement.
  • Partner with Employee Experience to deliver consistent employee programs across all markets.
  • Act as the local ambassador for the People department
Employee Relations & Compliance (10%)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager concerns.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
  • Escalate complex employee issues to the Divisional People Operations Business Partner as appropriate.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Compliance & Governance to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support leave administration, accommodations, and workers' compensation processes.
  • Ensure employment practices align with company standards and legal requirements.

What we would like you to have
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting professional, operational, and field positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering directly with operational or business leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
