Job Summary

The Senior People Operations Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. The role partners across HR and the business to navigate complex employee and operational matters, leverage technology and data-driven insights, and support organizational change to ensure seamless HR service delivery, operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience.

We're seeking two talented individuals to join our team through this opportunity.

What you will do

  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy, curiosity, and exercises independent judgment to provide comprehensive operational support and navigate complex employee, operational, and regulatory alignment matters across the employee lifecycle while evolving service delivery practices to meet organizational and employee needs.

  • Oversees and administers leave of absence and accommodation programs, including FMLA, ADA, military leave, personal leaves, return-to-work planning, and complex case management activities.

  • Conducts and supports employee relations matters and workplace investigations involving policy violations, workplace concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions in partnership with HR Business Partners, Legal, leaders, and employees.

  • Performs HR technology and Workday administration activities, including business process support, data audits, Tier 1 troubleshooting, testing support, and identifying opportunities to optimize technology solutions and data integrity within the HR Operations workspace.

  • Manages escalated HR service requests and case management activities, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution, identifying and monitoring service trends, and enhancing the employee and leader experience.

  • Partners with HR Business Partners to support employee and labor relations activities, organizational changes, business inquiries and change management initiatives, providing operational expertise, data insights, and execution support. May support talent and workforce planning efforts.

  • Leads or participates in HR projects and strategic initiatives, identifying and implementing automation opportunities and operational effectiveness enhancements that continuously strengthen service delivery, data integrity, and employee experience.

  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes HR operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, inform decision-making, improve organizational outcomes, and measure service delivery performance.

  • Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, third-party administrators, HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, IT, employees, and business leaders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Preferred.

Required Experience

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources. Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations or HR Business Partner related strongly preferred.

  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations matters.

  • Experience supporting and navigating HR systems. Workday experience preferred.
