Position Summary:
The Enhanced Care Management Clinical Consultant is responsible for the operational success of the Enhanced Care Management Program at Penny Lane Centers. The ECM Clinical Consultant provides coordination and oversight through on-going collaboration with other Penny Lane programs, outside community organizations, and regulatory agencies. The ECM Clinical Consultant ensures that the care provided is consistent with the Penny Lane philosophy and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and outcome measurement as defined by the contracted Managed Care Plans and the Joint Commission. This individual is an innovative leader with strong program development skills with a background in community-based programming.
The ECM Clinical Consultant is an energetic self-starter who can function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and County representatives. This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision. The individual in this position must be able to assume a wide range of responsibilities, provide timely responses to requests and deadlines and works well under pressure.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in the behavioral sciences field.
  • License - one of the following: Ph.D., Psy.D., L.C.S.W., LPCC or L.M.F.T. License must be current and in good standing.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and strong background in case management required.
  • A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in community behavioral health working with the population to be served.
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred (verbal and written skillset).
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hills, CA (will require travel to other sites Commerce, CA and Lancaster, CA)
Salary Range: $89,000 up to $107,957 per year
Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.
Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
