Pega Tester
Location: Norfolk, VA
Pega Tester with experience testing Pega applications to ensure quality, functionality and compliance with business requirements. Skilled in functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing of Pega applications. Experienced in creating test plans, designing test cases, executing manual testing, tracking defects and collaborating with developers, business analysts and stakeholders.
1. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications supporting healthcare claims processing integrated with Facets.
2. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Pega case types, flows, decision rules, and UI components.
3. Validate claims adjudication logic, exception handling, and auto-adjudication workflows against business requirements and HIPAA/EDI standards (837/835 transactions).
