Job description


We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • - Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
  • - Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
  • - Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
  • - Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
  • - Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
  • - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA certification
  • Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
  • Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
  • Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

Technical Skills
  • Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning
  • Pega BIX, connectors & services
  • Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
  • Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
  • Pega admin (installation, configuration)

    Compensation, Benefits and Duration
    Minimum Compensation: USD 58,000
    Maximum Compensation: USD 203,000
    Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
