Title: Journey App Software Developer
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: ( Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a Journey App Software Developer to design, build, and enhance digital journey-based applications that support customer and/or field service workflows. This role will focus on developing scalable, user-centric applications that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and enable end-to-end journey orchestration.
This is a hands-on development role working closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver modern applications aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop journey-based applications supporting customer, sales, or field service workflows
- Build and maintain web and/or mobile applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate applications with APIs, backend systems, and enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM)
- Develop reusable components and scalable architecture for journey orchestration
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience building customer-facing or workflow-driven applications
