Our small teams work closely together on complex DoD, Civilian, and Commercial projects. As a Junior Pega Consultant, you will design, develop, and deliver Pega applications using Agile methodologies to meet client requirements. You will work as part of a close-knit team that is invested in your technical growth and values the immediate contributions you will make toward solving real-world problems for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in client meetings that support Agile and Pega Express methodology development
• Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
• Design and develop client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified timeframes
• Troubleshoot, debug and demonstrate applications
• Gather, evaluate, and implement client feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of software development experience utilizing a low code platform
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
• Demonstratable consulting skillsets, including requirements gathering and analysis
• Reside in the Washington, DC area; Current work arrangement is hybrid, but this position may require full-time onsite presence (5 days/week) based on client site requirements
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with the Pega Platform
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Working experience in programming JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React JS, Angular or other programming languages
