As an onsite therapist, you will work in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Morristown, NJ. The clinic's atmosphere fosters collaboration and teamwork among healthcare professionals. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, specifically from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing you the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

The core responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:

• Delivering patient-centered care for a diverse group of patients, coordinating effectively with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.
• Administering physical therapy treatments tailored to each patient’s needs, while ensuring compliance with established legal and ethical guidelines.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall functional abilities.
• Instructing patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapy exercises and assistive devices, ensuring understanding and adherence to care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Physical Therapy license from an accredited program.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of starting employment.
• No prior experience is necessary; however, a passion for patient care and improving outcomes is essential.

While no prior experience is required, candidates with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation or experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting will be given preference. Interest in continuing education and professional development in physical therapy practice is encouraged.
