Full-time annual salary range is $331,740 to $342,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $33,160*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGIST/EPILEPTOLOGIST - San Francisco, California
The Permanente Medical Group in San Francisco is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Neurologist & Epileptologist to join our team at our expanding comprehensive level 4 Pediatric Epilepsy Center in San Francisco and Santa Clara. This position offers the opportunity to work in a group practice with state-of-the-art electronic medical records, excellent subspecialty support and camaraderie and an innovative and patient care-focused environment. Our Northern California regional pediatric neurology group consists of 15 pediatric neurologists including two regional pediatric epileptologists and several medical epileptologists, with an inpatient video EEG monitoring unit in San Francisco, pediatric epilepsy neuropsychology, pediatric neurology/epilepsy RN case management support, ketogenic diet and modified Atkins diet programs, MEG, and a level 4 pediatric epilepsy surgery program in Santa Clara. Responsibilities include attending on the inpatient pediatric video EEG monitoring unit in San Francisco and interpretation of vEEG studies, routine EEG interpretation, consultations for medically-refractory epilepsy, involvement in pediatric epilepsy surgery evaluation and management in Santa Clara, and medical student/resident/fellow teaching.
