Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon with Sports Medicine Focus Opportunity with Banner Children's Specialists - Where Purpose Meets Balance

$30k Sign-on Bonus and Relocation

BCS provides fully integrated pediatric services to the greater Phoenix area, with the clinic just steps away from the hospital, specialties and primary care offices. Join this thriving practice servicing the West Valley with the opportunity to be productive quickly and build a sports medicine program with the local high schools. Clinical responsibilities include general pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine care. This opportunity allows for close partnership with other well established pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery as well as on-site pediatric hospitalist and intensivist coverage. Step into a turnkey practice supported by Banner's ever-growing primary care footprint across the greater Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized surgical and non-surgical care for pediatric and adolescent sports injuries.

Take general pediatric orthopedic emergency room call

Opportunity to work with regional sports teams

Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care and clinical excellence in out-patient setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. Degree from an accredited program

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency

Completion of a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery with additional Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is highly desirable or a demonstrated clinical emphasis on pediatric sports

OR completion of Fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine with emphasis in pediatrics

Arizona medical license obtained by start date
