Job description

Who are we?

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Pearl Street Dental Partners is a partnership-oriented dental practice management company that works with top-performing dentists to help them achieve their goals, unlock growth, and enhance operations, while preserving clinical autonomy.

With a growing network of partner practices, Pearl Street is focused on supporting high-quality care through operational excellence, strategic growth, and a people-first culture. Our model is built on true partnership, providing doctors with the infrastructure, resources, and support needed to scale sustainably.

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Director to support and grow a newly established market in Alabama. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for stabilizing and scaling multiple dental practices, partnering closely with doctors, and building the operational foundation for long-term growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in dynamic environments, someone who can step into a new market, quickly assess opportunities, drive alignment, and lead teams through both stabilization and expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to doctors, building strong, trust-based relationships and aligning on growth and performance goals
  • Lead the stabilization and optimization of multiple practices, ensuring operational consistency and team alignment
  • Coach and develop practice leaders, driving accountability, culture, and performance across locations
  • Establish and execute quarterly strategic plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including production, revenue, and profitability
  • Provide hands-on operational support in the field, especially during the early phases of market development
  • Support the integration of new practices, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with operational standards
  • Identify opportunities for growth and scalability across the region, contributing to long-term market expansion
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate performance, address gaps, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Partner on hiring, onboarding, and team development to build strong, sustainable practice teams

Where You’ll Be

  • Based in Northern Alabama (Huntsville and surrounding areas)
  • Significant in-market presence required, particularly in the first 3-6 months
  • Ongoing travel within the region, with occasional overnight stays

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive opportunities
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and life insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off and additional voluntary benefits

    Why Join Us?

    • Opportunity to play a key role in launching and shaping a new market
    • Work alongside high-performing doctors and leadership teams
    • Be part of a culture that values autonomy, growth, and partnership
    • Make a direct impact on the growth and success of multiple practices

    What You Bring

    • 7+ years of experience in operations, ideally within multi-site healthcare or dental environments
    • Proven experience managing multiple locations (3+ sites preferred)
    • Strong ability to build relationships with clinical leaders and influence without authority
    • Experience driving performance through KPIs, scorecards, and strategic planning
    • Demonstrated success in growth, expansion, or practice integration environments (highly preferred)
    • A hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in evolving environments
    • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
    • Willingness to be in the field and lead from the front

    What Sets You Apart

    • Experience in multi-site dental or DSO environments
    • Background in opening, scaling, or integrating practices
    • Ability to balance operational discipline with relationship-driven leadership
    • Thrives in both hands-on execution and strategic oversight
