We are currently seeking Full-time LPN Staff Nurses to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby! We have a brand new beautiful facility located in Grover, NC, come join our team!


Excellent compensation, shift differentials, and benefits! Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.


Typical Work Schedule is: Either 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am and Every Other Weekend

Primary Role Responsibilities:


The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may participate in assuring the implementation of the established health care plan(s) for a specific number of residents as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN). This participation in assuring plan of care implementation may be carried out by the LPN. The LPN participates and supports ongoing data collection.

Requirements:

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this State
  • Current BLS CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

  • One to two (1-2) years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility
