Business Applications Analyst (ERP amp; Accounting Systems)

Reports To: Director of IT
Job Type: Office
Positions Supervised: Retail
Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Special Circumstances may occur.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Applications Analyst serves as the bridge between Accounting, Operations, and Information Technology. This role supports enterprise business applications, improves business processes, and develops expertise in Double Kwik's core retail systems, including PDI.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support ERP, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and retail applications.
Configure users, security, testing, upgrades, and application support.
Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve efficiency and automate manual processes.
Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, inventory, purchasing, and operational reporting.
Maintain integrations with POS, payroll, banking, vendors, and reporting platforms.
Develop reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and application reporting tools.
Create documentation, train users, and assist with implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years supporting ERP, accounting, financial, inventory, or retail applications.
Ability to learn complex enterprise software quickly.
Preferred Experience:
Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Sage, SRP, or similar ERP systems.
Retail or convenience store industry experience.
SQL, reporting, or Power BI.

Experience with PDI software is highly preferred but not required. Candidates with experience supporting other ERP, accounting, inventory, or retail management systems are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for the right individual. An analytical problem solver who enjoys partnering with business users, improving processes, and becoming the subject matter expert on enterprise business applications.
