Patient Care Technician

We prioritize candidates who can be matched to the right setting quickly. We're looking for skilled and attentive Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to support nursing staff and deliver compassionate care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, or outpatient centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
  • Perform EKGs and phlebotomy (if trained)
  • Support nurses with clinical tasks and patient comfort
  • Transport patients and maintain clean patient areas
Qualifications:
  • Completion of PCT program or CNA + phlebotomy/EKG training
  • BLS certification (required in most facilities)
  • 6 months+ experience in patient care preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and empathy
