Locally established construction firm; General Contractors who specialize in remediation, tenant improvement and renovations.
Needed: PM with 10+ years of experience and backgrounds in commercial, multi- family, mixed use, and single family residential construction. Will require ability to give direction to skilled labor; interpret scope, cost documents, plans; develop cost and projection documents; manage client relationships; pursue billings and fulfill obligations on multiple projects simultaneously. Must know building process from ground up.

Applicant will be involved in marketing and estimating projects.
