Summary of Job Duties:
Responsible for training and evaluating student drivers to become licensed commercial drivers. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet student driving demands. Additional duties may require travel to other campuses as well as CDL testing sites.
All faculty must:
Attend and conduct all scheduled classes, prepared to engage students in learning experiences.
Post and maintain consistent office hours and work 30 hours a week, for 9-month faculty. Additional hours may be required for division and institutional meetings.
Maintain course rosters and records management in Workday.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: CDL certification required and additional endorsements preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching students to drive and five years of driving experience.
