Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in developing project timelines and maintain project schedules for PCBA programs. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Project Management Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Project Coordinator will organize project meetings, track project risks and issues, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while assisting this Project Management Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for PCBA programs, including resource allocation and dependency mapping
  • Maintain and update detailed project schedules using project management software, tracking progress against key milestones and identifying potential bottlenecks
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare detailed agendas, document comprehensive minutes, and implement robust action item tracking and follow-up systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal & external stakeholders, managing communication channels and ensuring timely response to inquiries
  • Implement and maintain a risk management system, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, with clear escalation protocols
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, change requests, and status reports with metrics-driven insights
  • Coordinate and support builds for NPI, L6 and L10 production, ensuring seamless workflow between engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Monitor build progress using data analytics tools and provide detailed real-time updates to stakeholders through various reporting channels
  • Develop and maintain project budget tracking systems, including cost monitoring and variance analysis
  • Implement and oversee document control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project coordination activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities and resources to optimize project efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; PMP certification preferred
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in manufacturing environment required
  • Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes preferred
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
