Solder Mask/Screening Machine Operator

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Solder Mask / Screening Machine Operators.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The Solder Mask / Screening Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to apply solder mask coatings and perform screen printing processes on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role ensures products meet quality standards, adhere to specifications, and are processed efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Shift:

2nd- 2:30pm-10:30pm

3rd- 10:00pm-6:30am


Job Description:

The person is required to perform the tasks as described in the screening procedure. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning screens, setting up production screens, stretching new screens as required, screening legend and solder mask inks, applying via plug material, operating multiple types of screening machinery, completing all required logs and documentation, and performing routine housekeeping and general maintenance.

This role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to standard operating procedures, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and product quality. Maintain the functionality of all tasks within the Screening Department while ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.


Job Details:

  • Lift 40–50 pounds regularly for up to 8 hours while following proper safety techniques
