Position Overview

As a PCA/CNA Trainee, you will assist residents with daily care needs while participating in a state-approved CNA training program. You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and develop the skills needed for long-term success in nursing and patient care. There will be a $500 sign-on bonus upon completion of the CNA test. Paid in 2 installments: First on Completion of CNA Test and second 6 months following.

Responsibilities Include

CNA Certification Requirement

To continue employment, all hired PCA/CNA Trainees must:

Successfully complete the CNA training course Pass BOTH the written and clinical CNA state examinations Complete both exams within 90 days after course completion

Employees who do not complete both testing requirements within the required timeframe may become ineligible for continued employment.
