Players Club Representative
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist guests in a timely, professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Enroll new members in player's club
• Process player transactions utilizing CMP player tracking system
• Assist players in defining promotions, rules, policies, events, etc.
• Award prizes, free play, etc.
• Host drawings
• Execute paperwork and reports for winners ensuring compliance with approved internal controls, policies and rules.
• Creates teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.
• Keeps current on all casino and community events.
• Complies with all NMGCB rules and regulations and company/department policies and procedures.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team Oriented.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations.
• Excellent Guest Service Skills.
• Ability to stay well versed on various property events and accurately relay information to guests.
• Being capable of handling routine guest complaints and incidents while exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent PC skills
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience is customer service preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Regular exposure to bright lights and high noise level.
• Regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Lifts and carries supplies, tubs, and cases, weighing up to 50lbs
