Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across diverse age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring a well-organized calendar that reflects your availability and client needs.
• Utilize our established billing service for claims management, client accounts receivable, and insurance eligibility checks, which alleviates the administrative burden typically faced by therapists.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of social work and mental health, proactively seeking professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the needs of each client, fostering an environment of growth and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, combined with a valid and current LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois.
• Strong professionalism, including well-defined therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency, is imperative.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a commitment to time management are essential for success in this role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Must be willing to maintain a flexible schedule, featuring evening availability at least two nights per week, and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours weekly to client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy to couples, especially those addressing complex relational dynamics, is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of clinical presentations, showcasing versatility in therapeutic methodologies.
• Ongoing professional development and training in clinical practices will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer numerous benefits to ensure your professional satisfaction:
