Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate individual and couples therapy, tailoring approaches to address the unique needs of clients from diverse age ranges and backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and ongoing assessments, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, manage an organized calendar, and foster continuous communication with clients to support their therapeutic progress.
• Utilize the billing service to streamline claims processing, insurance verifications, and payment arrangements, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency.
• Employ a range of therapeutic methods to effectively address various clinical presentations related to anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a varied clientele, encompassing individuals and couples facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will work closely with clients of all ages, employing evidence-based practices to help them navigate their specific situations. By providing personalized care and fostering a safe, empathetic environment, you will empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently.
• Evidence of professionalism and the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, self-motivation, and effective organizational skills.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, committing to a minimum of 20-25 client contact hours per week, including at least 2 evening sessions weekly.

Preferred Experience

• Proven therapeutic experience with couples is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and billing processes is a plus.
• Participation in ongoing professional development, training, or workshops is strongly encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for additional bonuses based on performance. Benefits include:
