Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Business Integration Specialist. This role focuses on supporting the implementation of a Medicaid Enterprise Modular PBM Solution. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in pharmacy benefits to drive initiatives that enhance Medicaid programs and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical policies, prior authorizations, and drug utilization review processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Medicaid program oversight and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop business process documents and user acceptance test case scenarios to support successful implementation.
