Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and time line. 
• Identifies project activities or situations that may adversely impact project budget.
• Monitor invoicing and billing; provide aging reports to project manager. 
• Support budget review for business plan proposals based on current and anticipated project needs. . 

Training & Communications Specialist based on-site at Jacobi or 50 Water St. This is a 35-hour/week role (1-hour unpaid lunch) supporting Payroll through content development, payroll administration and operations, and internal communications.

High technical proficiency, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced)
  • WebEx and collaborative tools
  • Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint and other content development software
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials, job aids, memos, and internal communications
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities for Payroll
  • Collaborate with Payroll team leads to document and communicate processes
