Payroll Coordinator

Location: Hacienda Heights, CA (Onsite, M–F)
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations at PIH Health. This role involves processing employee payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Attendance and reliability are critical to success in this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with biweekly payroll processing, including data entry, timekeeping, and wage calculations.

  • Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and taxes.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.

  • Support payroll team with audits, reporting, and compliance needs.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.

  • Prior payroll processing experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions and Oracle is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general payroll software.

  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
