Location: Fort Atkinson, WI
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Process full-cycle biweekly payroll for 105+ employees through Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and general HR needs.
  • Partner with benefits carriers, manage benefits enrollments, and assist with employee leave administration including FMLA.
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, offer creation, and partnering with hiring managers.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of HR experience required; internship experience will be considered for entry-level candidates.
  • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systems preferred.
