Job description

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible in leading the optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. ย This resource will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruitment modules. ย The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in technical configurations and reporting.

Education Requirements

  • Required: ย Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent specialized experience)

Experience Requirements

  • Required: ย Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Technical Proficency:
    • Expertise in Fast Formulas (Benefits, Payroll, or Absence etc.)
    • Advanced skills in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher
    • Strong proficiency in OTBI and Spreadsheet Loader (HDL/HSDL)
  • Functional Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ORC business processes
  • Payroll Awareness:
    • Solid understanding of how HR data impacts Payroll processing and interface requirements

    • Lead the evaluation and implementation of quarterly Cloud updates, performing impact analysis and regression testing
  • Integration Support
    • Collaborate with IT to manage inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party vendors. ย Lead large-scale data movements using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
  • Data Integrity
    • Conduct regular audits of HCM data to ensure accuracy, security compliance, and adherence to data privacy standards
