Michigan Solar Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate / Payroll Processor to provide support for our accounting team. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can step in quickly and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a strong team player, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, payroll processing, and invoicing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Manage payroll reporting and ensure compliance with prevailing wage/Davis Bacon requirements
  • Handle invoicing and billing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
  • Support the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with prevailing wage and Davis Bacon compliance required
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
  • Must be computer savvy and comfortable working across multiple software platforms and systems to perform daily job functions
