Assisted Living ResidentCare Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care AssistantIn this role to support the 48 residents in our Assisted Living residence atour Cass Street location.
What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with medication management,personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as muchindependence and dignity as possible
  • Food services to include setting up diningspace, meal delivery coordination and, receiving and delivering orders, kitchencleanup and food preparation
  • Other responsibilities could include lighthousekeeping, and a variety of other tasks

What You'll Need
  • No experience necessary! We will train you!
  • Previous direct care experience beneficial

Our Wages
  • Starting Wage $18.50 - $21.00+per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • We'll review your wages at 100 days! We paymore for high performance!
  • We also offer a $3.00 per hour NOC shiftdifferential and a Weekend Differential, as well as on-call and pick-upincentives

Qualifications forHigher Starting Pay

  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • 4 CBRF Certification Courses Complete
