What you'll own
  • Drive software quality outcomes by developing and executing automated tests that identify issues early, improve application reliability and support faster delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Strengthen continuous testing capabilities through automation frameworks and test suites that increase coverage, reduce risk and provide confidence in every release.
  • Influence code quality and testability by partnering with development teams to identify improvement opportunities, support quality-first practices and help prevent defects before they reach production.
  • Improve application performance and resilience by contributing to performance, load and security testing initiatives that enhance system stability and protect the client experience.
  • Advance engineering efficiency by leveraging continuous integration (CI) tools, automation and quality metrics to enable informed decision-making and support continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or another technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of software development and quality engineering principles, with an interest in building automated testing and quality solutions.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  • Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, SQL or similar technologies used to support software quality and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and contribute effectively within a team environment.
It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience developing or supporting automated testing frameworks, strategies or continuous integration environments.
  • Exposure to application programming interfaces (APIs), RESTful services or end-to-end test automation in modern software environments.
