What You Will Do:


• Scheduling: Call customers to arrange and manage their upcoming building installation timelines.


• Customer Service: Act as the welcoming first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support.


• Payment Processing: Manage basic financial transactions and maintain organized, accurate records.


• Administrative Support: Keep daily operations efficient using standard office tools.


What You Bring to the Team:


• Familiarity with general office responsibilities and administrative workflows.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
