Position Summary... What you'll do...This role will be a key member on the Marketplace Payments team leading adoption and scaling of key Seller Payments, financial programs and services. Key responsibilities include driving Seller experience, program adoption, seller enablement, and customization of payments and financial services offered to Marketplace Sellers.   Job Responsibilities
  • Lead key programs supporting Marketplace Payments and Financial Services, ensuring strong execution and alignment to business priorities
  • Drive Seller adoption and improve the Seller experience across payments and financial services offerings. Work closely with internal marketplace teams on cross-sell and driving an aligned cross functional seller adoption & marketing strategy
  • Partner cross functionally with business, product and operations stakeholders to support the go to market launch and scaling of new financial products and services
  • Lead customization of financial solutions according to the Seller and business needs at the same time optimize operational costs and risks
  • Partner with enterprise and treasury teams on building appropriate risk frameworks, monetization strategies as well as prioritization of key products and services
  • Ensure close collaboration with Account management, Seller Services, Marketing and Operations to drive acceptance of new financial products and services with Sellers.
  • Drive seller engagements, collecting seller feedback and white glove vs systemic approaches to ensure we are serving the seller needs, experience improvements while driving program awareness.
  • Build key measurements and a test/iterate philosophy to improve results. Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area
  • Experience in payments, financial services, marketplace, or eCommerce environments
  • Experience driving product or program adoption and scaling initiatives
  • Strong understanding of seller/ customer ecosystems and financial programs
  • Experience working cross-functionally to launch and scale new products or services
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices, including familiarity with WCAG standards and inclusive design principles
