We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in US Banking Payments and Wire Transfer Product Migration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale wire migration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across complex banking ecosystems. This role requires deep knowledge of payment processing, SWIFT messaging, core banking platforms, regulatory compliance, and migration programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide Wire Transfer Product Migration projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and banking systems.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user stories.
  • Coordinate migration activities across core banking systems, payment hubs, SWIFT networks, and downstream applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support data mapping, gap analysis, process redesign, and migration validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and risk management requirements.
  • Facilitate UAT planning, test case reviews, defect management, and production readiness activities.
