  • Lead the Accounts Payable US Hub Tier 1 Customer Service team
  • Coordinate closely with the US Hub Tier 2 team to ensure end to end process flow
  • Partner with AP non US hubs to share best practices and lessons learned
  • Research and respond to accounts payable inquiries such as invoice status
  • Act as a key escalation point for the Tier 1 team
  • Partner with the US hub Puerto Rico AP invoice processing team to drive invoice corrections and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Manage team output ensuring key metrics are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency and experience with Accounts Payable tools and software, including various ERP systems
  • Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams and interact at all levels in the organization
